Can you shut some of it off to have a few calendar type items, global contacts area, blast email lists etc? All of these without the other aspects to get cluttered up? I fell like this could be a free for all. Office 365 to Exchange On-Premises Free Trial. Shared mailboxes.ok these seem to have everything with them, one drive, email, calendars etc. Do you have a good link to explain how do the rest of the steps?

Ok then the Powershell aspect makes sense - since I couldn't figure out how to do anything except make a folder. How hard can it be right? Not as easy as I expected. If your Destination endpoint is GCC High, select Office 365 Public Folders (US Government) for that endpoint.
and am finding I don't know how to do this. Set the source and destination Endpoints (select Office 365 Public Folder for the source Endpoint, and Office 365 Public Folder for the destination Endpoint).
I have tried to setup what we have - Public folders for calendars, contacts etc. Yes it does.I am exploring Office 365 thru the trail and am finding it very difficult to relate to Exchange and another email product we are currently using. To come back to your question, once a PF is set up you can access it via the online portal or via desktop Outlook. But since we already had a Public Folder and needed something similar I didn't want to have two different ways of doing it. If I was starting from scratch I may well have chosen Shared Mailboxes instead. Also, migrate between Exchange servers and PST Office 365 Migration Migrate Source Office 365 tenants to Destination Office 365 tenants. (I think this is a result of Microsoft trying to back away from Public Folders and then changing their minds - it's a fully-supported function but just not very friendly.) Exchange Server Migration Migrate Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 to Office 365 tenants. I recently had to add a new Public Folder and it was a bit awkward because although basic creation is easy, you need PowerShell to set some things. (There's no syncing with a local, on-premise object.) So I hoped both areas would function the same.Not sure I'm understanding the question properly, but in O365 Public Folders can only be setup & managed online. I know this is an old post but how do you set this up within Office 365 - online? We will be using both Outlook and the online access for different purposes.
